Krishh Brindaavan Hostel Services provides accommodation subject to availability, eligibility verification, and management approval. Each room category may differ in size, amenities, services included, and fee structure. Room fees may include certain facilities such as furnishing, maintenance, security supervision, and basic utilities, as specified on the website, brochure, or communicated directly by management. Unless expressly stated in writing, room fees do not include personal expenses, transportation, medical costs, or additional optional services.
Admission is confirmed only after submission of required documents, completion of registration formalities, and payment of the prescribed advance and/or security deposit. Management reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion. No verbal assurances shall be considered binding unless supported by written confirmation from Krishh Brindaavan.
Residents are required to provide valid government-issued identification and emergency contact details at the time of registration. Submission of incomplete or inaccurate information may result in cancellation of booking or termination of stay.
Consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, smoking in restricted areas, possession of prohibited items, violent behavior, harassment, or any unlawful activity within the hostel premises is strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of accommodation without refund and may be reported to authorities where required.
Payment & Refund Policy
All advance payments and security deposits must be made through approved payment methods communicated by management. Payment confirmation is required for securing a room booking.
Advances are generally non-refundable. However, management may, at its sole discretion, consider partial refunds in exceptional cases. Any such refund decision shall be communicated in writing. Cancellation requests must be submitted formally via email or written application.
Transfer of booking to another individual is permitted only with prior written approval from hostel management. The substitute resident must complete full registration requirements and submit necessary documentation before approval is granted.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the same mode of payment used for the original transaction. Refunds will not be issued through alternative channels unless legally required. Processing of approved refunds will be completed within 15 business days from the date of written cancellation confirmation.
Security deposits, where applicable, will be refunded at the end of the stay after adjustment for unpaid dues, damages to property, or rule violations. Deductions, if any, shall be determined by management based on inspection and documented assessment.
Code of Conduct & Discipline
Residents are expected to maintain a respectful and peaceful living environment. Disturbance of other residents, unauthorized guests, damage to property, or behavior that compromises safety or harmony within the premises is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized persons are not permitted inside the hostel premises without prior approval. Residents are responsible for ensuring that visitors, where permitted, comply with hostel rules.
Residents must adhere to safety guidelines including fire safety protocols, emergency procedures, and warden instructions. Any tampering with safety equipment, CCTV systems, or security arrangements is strictly forbidden.
Management reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including warnings, fines, suspension, or termination of residency, in case of rule violations.
Liability & Personal Belongings
Residents are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Krishh Brindaavan shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items kept within rooms or common areas. Residents are advised to take appropriate precautions for securing valuables.
In case of a medical emergency, management may arrange transportation to a hospital and inform the registered emergency contact. All medical expenses shall be borne by the resident or their guardian.
Krishh Brindaavan shall not be held liable for interruptions, delays, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, power outages, public health emergencies, or force majeure events.
